What is Metabolic Balance?

Metabolic Balance is a clinically developed nutritional programme created by German physicians and nutrition scientists, used across more than 35 countries for over 20 years.

The foundation is a personalised eating plan built specifically for your body using your blood values, health history, food preferences, and metabolic profile. No meal replacements, shakes, or calorie counting.

You eat real, whole food in combinations and portions precisely calibrated to your own biochemistry — a plan that works with your body's natural rhythms.

Every Metabolic Balance plan begins with a comprehensive blood panel. Your results, alongside your health history and goals, generate a plan unique to you. No two plans are identical.

My role as a naturopath and hormone specialist is to layer menopause-specific clinical support on top of the Metabolic Balance framework — so we're not just changing what you eat. We're addressing the hormonal picture beneath the symptoms.

The $195 blood test fee is paid directly to the referring laboratory and is not included in the programme fee. Some GPs will run the required tests at no cost — I will guide you through this before your first appointment. Weekly payment plan instalments commence the week after your first appointment.
